2020 has been a year filled with unprecedented events that force us to adapt and readapt in how we interact with each other. As we are becoming more and more connected, most brands are in competition to reach out to customers in an increasing speed and flooding information through multiple channels. People are beginning to experience their empathy slowly depleted, confused, and fatigued. Most are over-informed about one issue, but lacking in others. Rising up from this condition, people are starting to reidentify their connection with certain issues. Why and how some types of narratives become impactful to them intellectually and emotionally, and what content should be excluded for them to live a better life. We are hopeful that this will help brands to forge meaningful relationship with their audience, regardless the industry. At Idelaju, we believe that as much as the audience wants to hear everything, they only listen to a few.
